Employment Criteria
 
MLNS can ensure quality personnel and service. All personnel are screened by the Director of Human Resources and the Nurse Recruiter for the following:
License Verification
Background Checks including OIG check
Drug Screening
CPR/ACLS Certification
Health Certification
Minimum of one to three (1-3) years clinical experience
 
 
   
Placement Options
 
MLNS is dedicated to helping your facility alleviate the negative impact of the current nursing shortage. We have several placement options tailored to meet your specific needs:
Temporary (Per Diem) placement on a daily/weekly basis
Long-term placement; usually includes 3-6 month contractual agreement
Travel staffing (nation wide) on a short-term or long-term basis
